My approach to therapy is holistic and trauma-informed. I use both experiential & evidence-based techniques to help you heal.

  • Brainspotting Therapy

    Brainspotting is a brain-body therapy that helps you process stuck emotions, trauma, and self-protective patterns at the nervous system level. By focusing your gaze on a specific point in your visual field, your brain naturally accesses what’s stored beneath conscious awareness — without needing to talk through every detail. Brainspotting is a gentle, flexible, and creative approach, especially for folks who are interested in a more somatic approach.

  • EMDR Therapy

    EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy for addressing distressing memories and healing trauma. Using mindfulness, somatic resourcing, and bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping), we activate both sides of the brain to reprocess stuck or painful memories, so they no longer feel as triggering or overwhelming.

  • IFS-Informed Therapy

    IFS helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself — like the inner critic, the overachiever, the avoider, or the anxious one — and how they’ve been trying to protect you. Instead of pushing these parts away, we get curious about their roles and build a relationship with them, led by your core Self. Over time, this work creates more inner harmony, self-trust, and space to respond rather than react, with your Self leading.

  • Additional Modalities

    Alongside brain-body modalities and parts work, I often incorporate tools from mindfulness, somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These approaches help you build practical skills for navigating daily life, like noticing what’s happening in your body, working with difficult thoughts or emotions, and making choices aligned with your values.
